If you guys want another color so you can have your own patch that's great. Quit griping about in on the internet and find out how to get the colors changed so you can have your very own patch.
You're not going to solve anything by whining online. Get up and do something about it.

These are great. I am not sure what the guy is trying to say when he stated that they can't roll over and push the snooze button and go back to bed. Some of don't have the easy of job of sleeping while on duty line the Firemen. We all do an important job....but God Made Police So Firemen Would Have HEROES!!!! Don't take their crap EMS Guys and Gals, we need you watching our back and taking care of us!

Why not make one for EMS that is rescue orange?

And my opinion is we're all on the same team. While I agree, EMS is a separate career field and should have its own color, I have seen both red and blue used to signify EMS in different areas of the world.

From a professional firfighters perspective, the thin BLue Line has always been a represenative of the PD, and the Thin Red Line is a representation of the firefighters that make a living, put food on the table and do not have the option of rolling over and reseting the alarm because it's to scary of a call or etc. The EMS should petition to have a color of there own to represent them, my opinion is I do not where your colors, dont where mine!!!!!
