Everyone knows the old reliable Combat Lifesaver Bag - the little green medic bag that's been in service for the last 45 years. It's a great little bag, and it's just the right size, but like most things, it could stand a facelift. That's why we decided to make a CUF (Care Under Fire) version and add it to the On Point CUF Kit system of tactical medic bags.
The CUF Kit CLS is an enhanced version of the old reliable CLS bag. We made a few key changes:

We beefed it up to 1000D Kordura - the toughest nylon available!

We dumped the old D-hook strap and made a wide, comfortable strap with large Fastex quick disconnect buckles.

We got rid of the bayonet style clasp and added 2 Fastex quick release buckles on the front.

We added 2 small loops of webbing on the sides to allow you to hang "stuff" and "things" or to attach small pouches, expanding the capacity and usefulness of the bag.
