 Widder's Lectric-Heat heated motorcycle gloves have become known as the standard of quality and performance in the distance riding community.  Unlike other manufacturers electric gloves, Widder gloves don't burn your hands! Just soft, gentle heat. You don't even need to turn these gloves on to feel how warm they are! Adding heat to them provides such a gentle heat to your hands you don't notice the heat is on - you just notice your hands aren't cold!

Unlike heated inserts, Widder gloves don't slip around on your hands or add unwelcome bulk to your hands. This means better feel on your controls - a clear advantage for safety and comfort! Add in the pre-curved box fingers (with full insulation, not just on the top) and you've got warm, workable gloves!

Widder gloves feature a soft water repellent outer shell and a leather reinforced palm for the best dexterity. Plugs are built into the gauntlet of each glove for easy connection to your Widder Arm Chaps or an independent wiring harness.

Widder gloves run a bit big, so if you are between a medium and a large in your normal gloves, choose the medium in Widder's. Sold without hookups - make sure to pick the correct hookup for your needs!

Hookup Explanations
  • No Hookups option includes just the gloves. The gloves have a male Widder plug in the cuff. These will work directly with Lectric-Heat Arm Chaps.
  • Mark II / Ventura Hookups will work with older style Widder vests as well as Motovan's ZeroFactor vests/liners. They have Widder females on each arm, a Widder female on a Y for your vest, and a Widder male to connect with a thermostat or battery cord.
  • System Hookups include 2 cords with snaps at the top to integrate with Widder System 1 or System 2 vests. They won't work with anything other than System vests.
  • Independent Harness Hookups include a Widder "K" battery cord and a Widder "P" wiring harness with a Y in the middle to allow use of just the gloves or to allow independent controls for the gloves.

    These things are great. I wore them and initially thought, "Gee, I don't feel anything happening. They must not be working." Then I realized, "Gee, my hands aren't cold" and suddenly the beauty got me. They're big - really big like ski gloves - but they're warm even without the power running. I'd like the plugs to be covered up a little better, but they're not intrusive.

    I wish I was happy too with the Widder gloves but I find them only good in temps 40 degrees plus. They are very comfortable but I was expecting much more warmth. Wish I went with some other electric gloves.

    I bought my set a month ago. I ride 20 miles at highway speeds in 10 to 30 degree weather to work and 20 miles home every day, when it does not rain. At first I thought they were just better gloves and did not think they worked. So I rode home one day without plugging in the gloves and my hands were almost frozen by the time I got home. I am very pleased with them.

    I purchased vest,chaps,and gloves in 1975 ? I have been thouroghly satisified. I rode a motorcycle for the California Highway Patrol for 20 yrs.
