Affiliate Program

HS Gear is a firm believer in affiliate programs. Why? Because we think that a mutually beneficial relationship between companies is the best way to do business! Here's how our program works:

1. This program is designed for businesses. Individuals, clubs, associations, etc... may join but must have a Federal Tax ID number.

2. We pay a commission of 5% of item sales, excluding coupons and shipping, to referred affiliate sales.

3. Payments are made monthly, but only if we owe you more than $25.

4. Affiliates must use our banners. We've provided them here for your convenience. You may not modify our banners or use our artwork, logos, etc... in any manner other than to refer bona fide sales leads to our site. Banners must be placed above the fold on all pages.

5. We reserve the right to decline any affiliate application or to terminate any affiliate agreement for any reason we deem appropriate. Our decisions on this matter are final.

6. Placement on an adult site is OK if you've spoken to us first about it. Placement on any site that encourages hate, domestic violence, bigotry, or illegal activity is not acceptable.
